BASED IN: KULIYAPITIYA OFFICE
POSITION: FULL-TIME POSITION
OPEN TO: MALE OR FEMALE CANDIDATES
TRAVEL BETWEEN OUR HOTELS MAY BE REQUIRED
for content creation and photo/video shoots.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Create engaging content, reels, stories and promotional campaigns.
Manage and update the Heaven Seven Hotels website.
Handle Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb and other OTAs on a daily basis.
Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.
Increase online visibility, website traffic and direct bookings.
Monitor online reviews and maintain brand reputation.
Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Digital Marketing, Hospitality, E-commerce or Social Media Management.
Strong knowledge of Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and other OTA platforms.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
Basic knowledge of website management and SEO.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Creative, organized and results-oriented.
Photography, videography or graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
